1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (https://mabeltonplumberpro.com) or engaging Mableton Plumber Pro ("Company," "we," "us") for diagnostic inspection, scheduled plumbing repair, or 24/7 emergency dispatch services in Cobb County, GA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not authorize service work.
2. Upfront Flat-Rate Pricing & Authorizations
We operate strictly under a transparent, upfront pricing model. Our certified Master Plumber will conduct an on-site mechanical evaluation of your plumbing system and present written options with guaranteed flat-rate pricing before commencing any repairs or installations.
- No work will begin until an authorized adult homeowner or designated representative approves the written scope of work and price quote.
- Should additional concealed complications arise during work (such as deteriorated sub-slab pipes or unpermitted prior construction), our technician will pause, explain the findings, and secure written authorization for any scope adjustments before proceeding.
3. 1-Year Workmanship Warranty Protection
We take immense pride in our trade craftsmanship. All standard residential plumbing repairs and installations performed by Mableton Plumber Pro are backed by our 1-Year Parts and Labor Guarantee from the date of completed service:
- If any repair fails due to defective workmanship or materials supplied by our technicians within 365 days, we will return and remedy the issue at zero charge to you.
- Manufacturer warranties on installed units (such as Bradford White water heaters or Rinnai tankless systems) are provided directly by the equipment manufacturers, and we assist homeowners in filing warranty claims.
- Our warranty does not cover clogs caused by customer abuse (e.g., flushing sanitary wipes, feminine hygiene items, grease, or construction debris), acts of God, freezing caused by unheated premises, or modifications made by third parties.
4. Emergency Dispatch & Arrival Policies
We strive to maintain rapid response times across our Cobb County coverage zones. Dispatch ETA estimates provided over the phone represent good-faith operational goals but may occasionally be affected by severe weather or severe traffic along major corridors (such as I-20, I-285, or the East-West Connector).
If an emergency truck has been dispatched to your property and the call is canceled while our technician is en route or on-site, a standard trip diagnostic fee may apply.
5. Property Access & Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area, including clear pathways to water heaters, main shutoff valves, crawl spaces, outdoor cleanouts, and electrical service panels. An adult authorized to make financial and repair decisions must remain present during the service inspection.
6. Concealed & Pre-Existing Plumbing Hazards
Plumbing systems involve concealed pipes inside finished walls, ceilings, and concrete foundation slabs. While our tradesmen employ state-of-the-art non-invasive acoustic sensors and thermal cameras, the customer acknowledges that older homes may have pre-existing brittleness (such as fatigued polybutylene, galvanized corrosion, or deteriorated cast iron). We exercise extreme care, but the customer remains responsible for structural restoration (drywall, tile, painting) unless explicitly itemized within the written estimate.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively within the state or superior courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
